Accessibility

We want this site to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or reduced motion settings.
Standard we work to
We build and test this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. Where a client or a public agency requires reporting against WCAG 2.1 Level AA or WCAG 2.0 Level AA, we report against that version on request.
What we have done
Every image carries a text alternative, and decorative images are marked as such. Form fields have visible labels. The site can be operated with a keyboard, focus is visible, and a skip link is available. Page zoom is not restricted. Animations respect the operating system setting for reduced motion.
Known limitations
We test regularly and we do not claim the site is free of barriers. Areas we are currently working on:
- Some text and interface elements do not yet meet the minimum contrast ratio for normal text. A correction is in progress.
- Our cookie consent banner is provided by a third party, and parts of it are outside our direct control. We report issues to the vendor.
- Documents offered for download may not be fully tagged for screen readers. If you need a document in an accessible format, contact us and we will provide one.
Tell us about a barrier
If something on this site does not work for you, please write to info@metrika360.com and describe the page and what happened. We aim to respond within five business days and to agree a way for you to get the information you need in the meantime.
How we test
Automated testing with axe-core against the WCAG 2.0, 2.1, and 2.2 Level A and AA rule sets, combined with manual keyboard testing and screen reader checks.
